Frequently Asked Questions

Questions

1. How do I book a party?

Click on any of the ”BOOK NOW" tabs and send us your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!

2. How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

Our trailer package is 25-feet long and needs to be placed on an area of little or no incline. Other options include making arrangements to host the event at a nearby park, community pool, clubhouse, church or parking lot! Please call us if you have any questions regarding trailer placement and location. Safety is a top priority, so we will not park anywhere that puts you, your guests, our coaches, or equipment at risk.

 

3.What do I need to do to prepare for the game trailer?

We run off of a generator (In the event of a generator failure, we can also plug into an electrical outlet). Otherwise, talk to your neighbors, use cars or cones etc…. to save us enough space for the trailer to fit in front of your home. Oh, and no really hilly areas!

 

4. Will the kids know what to do?

Most kids who are familiar with the gaming systems will know what to do. If not, no worries. Our Game Coach will be there to assist! The Game Coach will help the kids along, inspire and instruct. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

5. What about bad weather?

In most cases the party will go on. Our trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions (Ice, snow, wintery mix, lightning, very high winds, flooding). Of course, the outdoor consoles may not be able to be used under some conditions as well.

6. What time should I make the party?

You can schedule your party a half-hour or hour prior to our arrival if you want time for food/cake before we arrive. Otherwise, you can schedule the party to end a half-hour or hour after we’re done and eat later….the choice is up to you! If we arrive after your guests do, you will get to see their surprise when our mobile game theater pulls in! For Platinum Party Packages, it probably makes more sense to leave 30-minutes to an hour after we are done for food/cake.

 

7. What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?

Unlike most party venues, we don't charge extra for extra guests, but we do limit how many guests can be in the game theater a one time. We’ll keep them all having fun and rotate them based on the party package you choose. You can also choose additional add-ons, such as Giant Yard Games to keep them or your parent friends engaged while the gaming is going on, or while the kids are waiting their turn.

 

8. Do I request certain games?

We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We try to stay with multiplayer games so that all the kids can be involved and playing instead of watching.

 

9. Do I tip the Game Coach?

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

 

10. Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Yes, our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.

 

11. What time will you be arriving?

The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time, normally between 15-20 minutes ahead of time.

12. What types of consoles and games do you have?

We have XBOX X, Playstation 5, and Nintendo Switch. We have a whole library of games on XBOX GamePass, and Playstation Plus, in addition to downloaded games. We love multiplayer games to allow more to play at the same time.

POLICIES

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Outsiders RVG reservation. There is NO REFUND in the event of a reservation being cancelled within 14 days of your event. Outsiders RVG will make every effort to postpone your event with no penalty to another date, should cancellation be necessary.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Outsiders RVG is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Outsiders RVG as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

BAD WEATHER

Our trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions – We come rain or shine! The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. However, in the event that severe weather (strong wind, snow and/or ice) makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to re-schedule your event. We will also attempt to work with you to reschedule you for an alternate date and time.

 

DAMAGE

Outsiders RVG will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting

from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes

both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Any damage to the truck or equipment inside by party guests will be the responsibility of the client.

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Outsiders RVG reserves the right to refuse service to client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event. Refunds for refused or terminated parties will be considered on a case by case basis.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE

We do charge a $75+ surcharge for travel outside of our normal service areas of Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Murfreesboro. 

 

FOOD/DRINK

We do not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater.

 

TIPS

While not required, there is no better way to show the Game Coach your appreciation for a job well done.

 

PARKING

Our trailer is designed to be parked in the street and will allow safe sidewalk access to your guests. We typically do not pull into driveways unless street parking is not a viable option. It is best when we can pull up and pull off without having to back up. If conditions on our arrival render safe parking unavailable, client will have the option of moving the party to a nearby location or re-scheduling. If you live on a hill or narrow street, please let us know immediately before paying your deposit so that we can determine if we are able to do the party or not.
